We have successfully developed a fuel-saving strategy using the natural bio-chemical catalytic fuel additive DUROIL. By adopting energy conservation measures such as the use of DUROIL, along with improved operation and maintenance of furnaces and boilers, we can contribute to reducing global warming.
Combustion
If excess air level is more than the optimum recommended stack loss, while improper atomisation leads to less confirming of heating value because of incomplete combustion of the fuel oil. Incomplete combustion also leads in soot heat transfer between flue gases and water.
What is DUROIL?
DUROIL is an oil-soluble additive designed to improve combustion efficiency and protect fuel oil systems. It is an organic compound containing a unique catalyst that enhances the combustion process. For optimal performance, one liter of DUROIL should be mixed with 2,000 liters of fuel oil.

DUROIL – 2KD
How It Works
DUROIL – 2KD enhances diesel combustion by reducing fuel droplet size due to its surfactant properties. The catalyst in DUROIL – 2KD breaks double bonds in long-chain hydrocarbons, converting them into short-chain hydrocarbons with lower flash points. These ignite more easily and burn more effectively.
At high temperatures (250°C to 350°C), the catalyst triggers a micro-explosion effect, breaking fuel droplets into smaller particles. This increases the total surface area, further improving combustion efficiency.

How to Mix
Before adding DUROIL – 2KD to diesel, shake the container well and pour the specified quantity in the storage tank before filling diesel. One litre of DUROIL- 2KD is to be added for each 2000 Liters of fuel oil, in order to ensure optimum result, DUROIL – 2KD remains stable at normal storage condition and is harmless to the engine.

How It Works
DUROIL – 2KF is formulated to enhance the combustion efficiency of fuel oils like furnace oil, L.D.O., R.F.O., Tyre Oil & LSHS. It improves atomization by reducing fuel droplet size through its surfactant properties. This minimizes excess air requirements, increasing thermal efficiency.
When fuel droplets reach temperatures between 120°C and 250°C, DUROIL – 2KF’s catalyst breaks down long-chain hydrocarbons, making them more combustible and enhancing the overall combustion process.

How to Use
Shake the container well before adding it to the fuel oil. Pour specified quantity of it in the fuel oil tank.
