Coal chemical technologies transform coal from its solid state into a gaseous form using catalysts. The resulting gas can be utilized as a fuel for electricity generation.

What is DURO-C?

DURO-C is a powder-soluble product containing a unique catalyst. It enhances the production efficiency of coal gas during combustion in gasifiers and pulverized coal plants.

How Does It Work Chemically?

When the temperature in the gasifier cell reaches between 120°C and 250°C, the catalyst in DURO-C increases coal gas efficiency. It facilitates complete combustion by reducing moisture, volatile matter, and ash content.

Mixing Instructions

To achieve optimal results, mix DURO-C with coal in the following ratio:

• 1 kg of DURO-C for every 2 tons of coal
  Ensure uniform mixing by adding DURO-C during coal lifting.
